How does the H2O2 produced inside the cells via this UV induced oxidation exit the cells in order to fight microbes?
Don't the melanin radicals created in this process contribute to melanoma according to the article linked to on the UVAid FAQ page?

Like any process or substance in nature, too much of a good thing can be bad. Water is necessary for life, however, If you drink too much water it can kill you. The condition is known as water intoxication or hyper-hydration. Sunlight is also necessary for life, however, too much of it can also be harmful.
